The New Normal
Where are the incentives for employers to offer health benefits? Mandates and threat of fines do not seem a way to entice them. How about instead of punishment, offer more tax deductions? Deductions have proven to work in many other areas of employee benefit offerings. It seems the more punishment that is doled out the more employers are going to stand their ground in defiance. What do you think?
